IMMEDIATELY).  Wanted: Clean, Professional female (23-42). Local Applicants ONLY!  The Townhouse is a year old and in a new community in Apex.  I am within walking distance of the small downtown of Apex, minutes from Hwy 64 and US1, close to shopping in both Apex and the Crossroads area. Downtown Raleigh is only a 20 minute drive in traffic. The townhouse is 3 story, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath and it is a little over 2200 square feet. All of the bedrooms are on the top floor.  There is a 2 car garage, a den/office on the main level and a bonus room on the first level. There is a pool in the townhouse community.  I have a washer and dryer, wireless Internet and upgraded appliances. Rent $700 includes all utilities (Gas, Power, Water, Cable, and High Speed Internet). $350 Security Deposit. No Pets, preferably. You are only looking for a roommate 23 to 35 years old female. I totally understand that you want a female but why not older than 35 when you are a professional 33 year old female? not trying to argue, just want to answer your ad for someone. Back to Top   WeLoveApex Newbie Joined: June 18 2008 Location: United States Online Status: Offline Posts: 6 Posted: June 05 2009 at 2:35pm | IP Logged I see your point.  I thought that was a good range for the lifestyle that I live.  I am a social person who attends social events (happy hours, dinner with friends, concerts, etc) on a fairly regualr basis.  I am not a partier and tend not to have parties at my house. I would consider going up to say 40 or 42.  I do not want to create a situation in which there is a considerable difference in lifestyle. I want to be comfortable in my own home and I would certainly want the roommate to be comfortable as well. I am open to meeting anyone and seeing if there is a good personality fit. Back to Top
